Management Committee
The management committee is responsible to the board of directors for implementing the company’s strategy and vision through the day-to-day management of the business. The committee operates under the leadership of Ferdinand Kayser, President and CEO of SES ASTRA.
The four members are:

- Alexander Oudendijk – Senior Vice-president and Chief Commercial Officer
- Padraig McCarthy – Senior Vice-president and Chief Financial Officer
- Miriam Murphy – Senior Vice President General Counsel
