SES Acquires Stake in Dubai-based System Integrator Glocom

Friedrichshafen / Dubai, October 10, 2007 – ND SatCom, an SES ASTRA company, announced today that SES acquired a stake in Glocom, a Dubai-based system integrator and equipment supplier for turnkey digital broadcasting solutions. Zahid Mirza, founder and President of Glocom, remains co-shareholder and continues in his position as CEO.
