Roland Jaeger Resigns as General Counsel of SES GLOBAL to Join Luxembourg Law Firm Arendt & Medernach

SES GLOBAL (Euronext Paris, Luxembourg Stock Exchange: SESG) announces the resignation of its General Counsel, Roland Jaeger, who has decided to join Luxembourg law firm Arendt & Medernach.

Roland Jaeger joined SES in 1996; he served as Secretary General of SES Astra before being appointed General Counsel of SES Global in 2001. Roland Jaeger was responsible for corporate, legal and institutional matters and served as secretary to the Board of Directors.

René Steichen, Chairman of the Board and Romain Bausch, President and CEO of SES GLOBAL, stated: “We want to thank Roland for his valuable contributions in support of the Company’s business. His proven legal competencies were widely appreciated across a variety of areas in the fast-moving satellite, media and communication industry. We wish Roland every success in his new role at one of Luxembourg’s most distinguished law firms”.

Roland Jaeger’s successor as General Counsel of SES GLOBAL will be announced in due course.
