SES GLOBAL to launch inaugural benchmark Eurobond

SES GLOBAL S.A. (Luxembourg and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: SESG), the world's leading fixed satellite services operator, announced today that it intends to launch an inaugural benchmark Eurobond, subject to market conditions. This launch follows an extensive series of investor update meetings. The bond issue will broaden the funding base of the company and refinance existing debt.
