The first critical task is to specify the design and performance requirements of a satellite. This is followed by monitoring of satellite construction and testing, both vital to the service mission. Selection of the launch vehicle and monitoring of the launch mission require yet another specialised skill set. TechCom offers management of all these aspects. This includes satellite definition, RFP preparation, proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, and construction monitoring and launcher selection.

Customers can also benefit from education related to satellite engineering and launcher procurement, training of satellite engineers and controllers and provision of back-up services.
