The satellites at 28.2° east provide DTH services to the UK and Ireland.
23.5° east is ASTRA’s latest hot spot for DTH and broadband services, currently focusing on dynamic markets such as Italy, Benelux and Central and Eastern Europe.
The innovative satellite broadband service ASTRA2Connect is also transmitted from 23.5° east and is available in numerous markets across Europe.
The satellites at 5° east provide DTH services in the Nordic countries and the Baltics, as well as in Eastern Europe, Ukraine and Russia.
The satellites at 31.5° east primarily offer capacity suitable for cable contribution, DTT and other terrestrial feeds across Europe.
YahLive, an ASTRA and YahSat partnership, uses the YahSat 1A spacecraft at 52.5˚ east to offer DTH coverage in the MENA region and south-west Asia.
