PRINCETON, NJ – September 19, 2005 – With every major commercial radio network in the U.S. distributing programming over its AMC-8 satellite, SES AMERICOM, an SES GLOBAL company (Euronext: Paris and Luxembourg stock exchanges: SESG), today announced Jones Radio Networks, a leading independent radio programming company, has signed a multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreement to remain on the top radio distribution platform in North America.

Jones Radio Networks (JRN), which produces and syndicates popular radio programming, will continue to leverage the reliability and reach of SES AMERICOM’s radio neighborhood to serve its growing customer base. More than 5,000 radio stations rely on JRN for content ranging from a single talk show to 24/7 news and entertainment for tens of millions of daily listeners nationwide. JRN relies on the premier radio address for radio distribution services, known industry-wide for quality and reliable performance, built-in protections, flexibility and redundancy.
